But there are some dramas that have a lot more to tell. Some K-Dramas leave with endings that could be expanded and fans want to know what could happen next. Whilst some end with a cliff hanger, some K-Dramas leave us with an uncertain ending for our favorite couples and then there are some that we wish won’t end at all! Kpopmap have collected a few out of the list of 2022 K-Dramas that fans wish to see another season of. This article contains spoilers for the dramas listed below.
1. “Little Women”
The block buster drama had to make it to the list. “Little Women” told the story of three sisters who find themselves in war with the most influential family in Korea. The drama’s lead cast included Kim GoEun, Nam JiHyun, Park JiHu and Wi HaJun. The Oh sisters were raised in poverty. The three sisters struggle to make their way into society. The drama centralizes the power and darkness behind wealth. The whole mess starts when the eldest, Oh InJoo (Kim GoEun), becomes friends with HwaYoung (Choo JaHyun). Both of them are outcasts at their workplace and likewise come together. Though she is mysterious and hides many secrets. Just like so, she ends up dead mysteriously. HwaYoung leaves Oh InJoo 70 billion won embezzled from the company. Oh InJoo found 2 billion in HwaYoung’s gym locker, which’s membership was transferred to her by HwaYoung herself. The drama goes through a roller coaster of suspense, thrills and leaves the viewers on the edge of their seats. And though it all settles down by the end of the series. There was still something left. The end game for Choi DoIl (Wi HaJun) and Oh InJoo. The two met after HwaYoung’s death and struck a deal to get the 70 billion won left in Singapore. Choi DoIl is a money launderer and often had us doubting him. Viewers were almost so sure that he would betray Oh InJoo but that, thankfully, did not happen. In fact, as the series proceeded, DoIl continued to prove his loyalty towards Oh InJoo. Fans could not miss out on their intense interaction as some fans even said that whenever DoIl held InJoo, it seemed as if he was about to kiss her. DoIl was always there to save InJoo from trouble, to the point where he even turned himself down. In the latest episode, fans were even surprised by an indirect confession from DoIl. In a fight with Kim ImSoo (Park BoKyung), she confronts him about that he has feelings for InJoo and he indirectly agrees to it. Fans wish for “Little Women” to return for another season so the two can meet again and probably, end up living together forever.
2. “Gaus Electronics”
Many K-Drama fans believe that “Gaus Electronics” certainly deserve a return for season 2. The light-hearted comedy held a sense of relief among all the intense back to back mystery thrillers in the K-Drama world. The show starred Kwak DongYeon, Ko SungHee, Bae HyeonSeong, Kang MinAh, Baek HyunJin, Heo JungDo, Jeon SeokChan, Baek SooJang, Jo JungChi and Rainbow’s Ko WooRi. “Gaus Electronics” tells the story of the employees in Marketing Team 3 of a multinational conglomerate, Gaus Electronics. The team is one of the most underappreciated teams and is on the brink of being dissolved. The members are now set to change that. “Gaus Electronics” gave us two main couples to ship. Though we got a happy ending for our main couple of SangSik (Kwak DongYeon) and Cha NaRae (Ko SungHee). We could not get the same ending for Baek MaTan (Bae HyeonSeong) and Geon KangMi (Kang MinAh). Baek MaTan grows interested in KangMi after she crashes his dinner whilst drunk. Her hulk-like strength left him in awe, as he himself was rather petite. He lived an easy life, being a ‘golden spoon’, but he was determined to live and experience the life of a normal employee. MaTan is extremely adorable and naive, one cannot help but fall for him. Anyone but KangMi. MaTan does everything in his strength to impress her, but KangMi confesses that he was not his type. She liked the muscular men and men that are in the dramas. MaTan was nothing like that. Fans wish for the drama to return and for their story to continue. And also, so fans can enjoy more of the light-hearted comedy the show has to offer.
3. “Big Mouth”
The drama tells the story of Park ChangHo (Lee JongSuk), a lawyer with barely any victorious cases. But despite that, he was happily married to the love of his life, Go MiHo (Girls’ Generation’s YoonA).
